Frequently Asked Questions

  • Simply put, no. I believe that a single logo cannot encompass your brand’s complete story and essence. The goal of my base package is to provide you with the foundational essentials that you need to create a holistic, impactful brand experience.

  • At the moment, custom web services are only offered to clients who first go through the branding process with me. Being involved with your brand from start to finish allows me to strategically create the strongest and most unique brand experience for your business.
    However, if you’re really keen to work together, don’t hesitate to reach out, and perhaps we can arrange something.

  • While not every project requires these additional costs, I recommend budgeting for font licenses, printing (stationery + packaging collateral), copywriting services, blog transfer or website hosting.

  • Absolutely! I know first-hand how intimidating a huge investment like this can be. I will always be completely transparent with you over pricing and flexible within reason. The typical payment plan structure is as follows:
    The first payment is due when we make things official and is a 20% non-refundable deposit to book & secure your project start date. The remainder is generally split up into 2-4 equal payments, depending on the package, throughout the duration of the project.

  • Squarespace is my specialty and my happy place—all the websites you see in my portfolio were actually built in Squarespace. I code and create your unique website from scratch on there, and it’s where I feel like I can provide my best work. So really, it depends.
    If you’re interested in switching over to Squarespace, then no problem! If that’s the case, I am more than happy to help make that transition as smooth as possible during and after our time together. If you’re on the fence about Squarespace or your heart is set on sticking with your current platform, no worries! Let’s jump on a call to discuss your options and if Squarespace is the right fit for you.

  • So many reasons! First and foremost—it's approachable. The flexibility of the platform allows me to design to my heart's desire and you to feel confident in managing your website once the project is completed.
    At the end of our time together, I will personally walk you through your new website, record video tutorials, and be available for a short period afterward for any troubleshooting.

  • Typically projects are booked 1-2 months in advance, and I only work with a few clients at a time. That said, to avoid any disappointments, I highly recommend reaching out well before you’re ready to begin, as spots are limited!
